• Each team must provide a qualified down ref, scorer, libero tracker, and two line judges for the matches they are assigned to. Not providing an officiating crew will result in a forfeit of the first game of the next scheduled match.

Facility Policies

• Zero tolerance for misconduct by players, teams, or spectators.

• Ball handling is only allowed on assigned courts prior to match time.

• No outside food or drink or coolers inside the facility.
  Water and sports drinks are only permitted.

• Parking $20 per day. Please visit Orange County Convention Center for more details.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event.

Refunds: Withdraws/Drops made in writing to volleyball@aausports.org before December 15th, 2025 will receive a FULL refund. Withdraws/Drops made after December 15, 2025 will NOT receive a refund.

Tournament Format

• Saturday: Pool Play

• Sunday: Bracket Play
  (Format subject to change based on the number of teams per division)

Match Rules:

• Best of 3 sets (Sets 1 & 2 to 25, Set 3 to 15 – no cap)

• For 3-team pools with no crossover: 3 sets to 25 (no cap)

Tie-Breakers:

• 2-Way Tie: Head-to-head result

• 3-Way Tie: Set percentage → Point percentage
  No tie-breaker matches will be played.

• Trainers available for minor injuries and emergency response.

• Athletes must bring their own tape and pre-wrap.
  (Tournament supplies are for emergency use only.)
