READY - Official Sports Drink and Snack Bar of the AAU
Ready® was founded and rooted in a mentality which inspires a continuous effort to achieve excellence and better oneself in all endeavors one pursues. During this journey one takes more pride in the Effort, Attitude and Energy than any God given ability. Over time a mindset of Effort, Attitude and Energy becomes an ability. The daily choice and willingness to do whatever is necessary (that day) to work through challenges, obstacles and adversity becomes the “Win” for that day. One discovers the original destination, goal or objective becomes secondary to the journey itself and the daily willingness (to achieve excellence) that create the ultimate satisfaction. This Ready® mindset has created a community of people, who don’t like to talk about their results, but rather focus on their efforts, and want to be around like-minded people. This Ready® Community supports a lifestyle of “Look what I’ve ‘overcome” not “Look what I’ve ‘done’” and “if I can do it…you can do it”. Inspiring others through effort. A company built on the Journey, rather than the Destination. Effort rather than talent. Ready® is obsessed with Energizing that Effort. www.teamready.com
Positive Coaching Alliance
Positive Coaching Alliance was formed to create an educational platform for coaches to learn ways to provide an atmosphere that allows youth athletes to have a positive, character-building experience. At the AAU we are about more than just sports, but helping to provide young people with a positive and safe environment to grow. The AAU values these principals so greatly that we have a mandatory policy that all coaches go through the necessary courses with PCA. These classes are provided at no cost to coaches, with AAU membership.
Spalding
Spalding is the official ball of the NBA, WNBA, Euroleague, Arena Football League, and many other professional sports associations. Spalding produces a top-level ball across many sports such as basketball, football, baseball, and softball. As a part of the partnership between AAU and Spalding AAU members have access to high quality balls at many of the events in which we host. Spalding and the AAU are excited to continue pushing the envelope with ball technology and to provide the best membership experience possible. SPALDING is the official ball for AAU Basketball and can be purchased at Eastbay.com.
