Competitive Travel Baseball Leagues

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is a sanctioning body and NCAAU hosts a Sanctioned Competitive Travel Baseball League for players 7u-18u.  The League is made up of teams from NC & SC and is called the Carolina League.  Teams are divided into conferences based on geographical locations.  All athletes and coaches MUST be AAU members.  Insurance is included with membership.  Regional and State Championships are provided by NCAAU.  Teams DO have open weekends to play Tournaments.  Teams can be approved to host small sanctioned AAU tournaments to help fund the club with approval and if they follow all AAU guidance.  If you are interested in joining the Carolina League reach out to Rob Ramsay at robramsay@allornothingperformance.com

Recreational Baseball Leagues

AAU is a sanctioning body and partners with organizations to host AAU Sanctioned Recreational Baseball Leagues.  Organizations manage their own league but MUST follow AAU Guidance.  All athletes and coaches MUST be AAU members.  Insurance is included with membership.  Regional and State Championships are provided by NCAAU.  If you are interested in hosting an AAU Recreational Sanctioned League reach out to Rob Ramsay at robramsay@allornothingperformance.com
