Host Your Own AAU Tournament



  1. HOST YOUR OWN EVENT

    Hosting your own AAU tournament is easy as 1,2,3. Below is what you'll need to do to get your event licensed with the AAU

    • AAU Club Level 2 Membership
    • AAU Event License
    • Third Party Insurance Certificate
    • Play ball!

    All players and coaches must be AAU members to participate in your event. Club handles all event administration, registration & marketing for their event.


  2. HOST YOUR OWN EVENT WITH NCAAU

    This option requires all the steps included in option #1, however with the NCAAU as your partner all you need to do is focus on baseball. Revenue sharing included with this option.

    NCAAU Duties

    • Acquires event license and field insurance
    • Manage online & offline registrations
    • Handles pre-event administration & communication
    • Markets your event on website, email newsletter & social media
    • Creates unique web page for the event on this website


    Your Club Duties

    • Secure fields & umpires
    • Produce event schedule
    • Staff and run the event
    • Pay for fields, umpires and other event expenses


    Other Benefits

    • Edit your own tournament page on this website
    • Event included in NEAAU Team Tracker
    • Use of NEAAU's per team Tourney Machine rates


  3. HOST A DIVISION OF EXISTING NCAAU EVENT

    NCAAU is expanding its long established, existing tournaments and offering opportunities for individual clubs to get involved and share in the event revenue.

    Expanding Events

    • Several NCAAU events will now be offering two (2) separate divisions
    • An Open Division and a Super/Diamond Division
    • Opportunity to host one of these two divisions
    • NCAAU and Host duties match those in option #2 above


    Which Events are Expanding?

    • Spring Classic
    • Memorial Day Classic
    • Summer Classic


  4. HOST LEAGUE PLAYOFFS

    Each spring and summer the NCAAU works with individual baseball clubs to host the many League Playoff locations.

    • NCAAU pays rentals, produces schedule, assigns umpires
    • Host Club manages the field and reports scores
