RIVERSIDE, Cal. (July 19, 2025) – The 2025 AAU Diving National Championships continued with high-level performances and heartfelt moments on Day 4, as 10 national titles were awarded at the Riverside Aquatic Complex. With more than 600 divers from across the country, the competition has become a powerful showcase of both athletic excellence and personal triumph.
Day 4 Champions:
• Synchro 14–15 Girls 1M: Sonya Hainsworth & Siena-Adélie – Charger Dive Club
• Synchro 14–15 Boys 3M: Nikhil Lavu & Dylan White – GC Divers
• Synchro 16–18 Boys 3M: Iliya Ehterami & Jon-Braden Lloyd – Northside Diving Academy
• Boys 18-Year-Old 1M: Chase Shipp – Crown Valley Divers
• Boys 17-Year-Old 1M: Daniel Henry – Mansfield Diving
• Boys 16-Year-Old 3M: Mikolas Schwickert – Clavadistas del Sol
• Boys 14-Year-Old 3M: Gavin Sprintz – East Valley Dive Club
• Boys 15-Year-Old 1M: Romeo T. Lobedecis III – Pacific Diving Academy
• Girls 15-Year-Old 1M: Ana Navarro – Germantown Academy Dive Club
• Girls 14-Year-Old 3M: Lindyn Johnson – City of Midland

The AAU was founded in 1888 to establish standards and uniformity in amateur sports. During its early years, the AAU served as a leader in international sport representing the U.S. in the international sports federations. The AAU worked closely with the Olympic movement to prepare athletes for the Olympic Games. After the Amateur Sports Act of 1978, the AAU has focused its efforts into providing sports programs for all participants of all ages beginning at the grass roots level. The philosophy of "Sports for All, Forever," is shared by nearly 800,000 participants and over 150,000 volunteers.
