RIVERSIDE, Cal. (July 18, 2025) – The 2025 AAU Diving National Championships continued with thrilling platform competition on Day 3 at the Riverside Aquatic Complex, where nine national champions were crowned across youth and masters divisions.
From the youngest age groups to seasoned masters divers, the event showcased remarkable athleticism, courage, and technical skill off the platform tower:
As the largest diving event in the world this year, the AAU Diving National Championships have brought more than 600 athletes and their families to Riverside, generating energy, excitement, and economic impact throughout the region.
“I was truly honored to welcome and host the incredible athletes and families of AAU to Riverside,” said Mayor Patricia Lock Dawson. “We have a long history and tradition of excellence in aquatics, including producing some Olympians, so I’m always happy to share our city with swim and diving fans. I’d like to thank AAU for the opportunity to showcase our beautiful facility and city, but also the families who chose to be part of this event.”
The championships continue through July 22, with additional national titles still to be awarded in 1-meter and 3-meter springboard events, as well as more synchronized diving competitions.
