463 teams competed in the Lakeshore Volleyfest AAU Super Regional with 24 team winning a free entry to an AAU summer event
2022 Lakeshore Volleyfest AAU Super Regional

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (May, 2022) – The 2022 Lakeshore Volleyfest AAU Super Regional was held on April 30 – May 1, 2022 across Grand Rapids area facilities in Michigan. A total of 463 teams took the court over the weekend.
The 463 teams competing in age groups from 12U to 18U were split up into 18 divisions. Twenty-four (24) teams earned a free or discounted entry into either the 49th AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships in Orlando, Florida, the Volleyball Festival in Phoenix, Arizona, or the West Coast Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The winners from each division were:
12 Classic: FaR Out 12 White
12 Open/Club: MiElite 12 Mizuno (Open) and FaR Out 12 Red (Club)
13 Classic: FaR Out 12 Black
13 Open/Club: MVA 13 Black (Open) and Chicago Elite 13 Nike (Club)
14 Classic: Digtown 14 Elite
14 Club: FaR Out 13 Black
14 Open/Premier: FaR Out 14 Red (Open) and MVA 14 Blue (Premier)
15 Classic: Digtown 15 Elite
15 Club: USA MI Run-Bird
15 Open/Premier: FaR Out 15 Black (open) and WI Juniors 15-1’s (Premier)
16 Classic: STL Crossfire 16 SR2
16 Club: Atlantis 16 Slam
16 Open: FaR Out 16 Black
16 Premier: FaR Out 16 Red
17 Club: Decatur Force 17 Teal
17 Open/Premier: FaR Out 17 Black (Open) and CI Elite 17 (Premier)
18 Club: North Shore 18 Dugongs
18 Open/Premier: MVA 18 Black (Open) and FaR Out 18 Gold (Premier).
Ten gyms consisting of 83 total courts made up the amazing weekend of volleyball. Volleyfest partners with The Optimist Club who were present raising funds for their camp in Allendale, Michigan.
