The Suncoast Youth Football Conference becomes the latest football league to join AAU Football and Cheerleading.

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is eager to announce the addition of the Suncoast Youth Football Conference (SYFC) to the resume of that is AAU Football and Cheerleading. The SYFC, located in Pinellas County (Tampa Area), brings more than 2,500 talented athletes to the field, adding a new level of competition to the already impressive Florida leagues.

“Growth is an integral part of being the largest multi-sport organization in the nation, but it also takes the passion to play the sport,” said Keith Noll, AAU Football National Chairman. “Tony Montana and his SYFC teams have that drive to compete and understand the potential of today’s youth. I am very thrilled to welcome them into the AAU Football family.”

Founded in 1995, the SYFC is a well-rounded organization providing education and inspiration through sports. The league’s core values of sportsmanship and promoting safe and fair play align with AAU’s time honored motto of ‘Sports for All. Forever.’ The SYFC has both Flag Football and Tackle divisions from ages four to 14 (ages 4-6 are flag football only), as well as recreational cheerleading.

“We’re excited to Join the AAU Family as this truly gives our families more opportunities to grow and develop in a proven league. We look forward to a bright future within AAU,” said Tony Montana, President of SYFC. “On behalf of all of our families we want to thank you for this opportunity.”
