HONOLULU, HI - Volleyball teams from Hawaii, California and Utah will hit the court at the 2020 AAU Honolulu Grand Prix next weekend, February 15-17, at the Hawaii Convention Center on the island of Oahu. The event can be an important one for squads leading up to the 47th AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships, as the winners of each age division can earn free or discounted entry to the world’s largest volleyball event on June 16-28 in Orlando, Fla.

Hawaii-based clubs swept all four divisions at the 2019 Honolulu Grand Prix with Jammers Hawaii 12 Black, Maunalani 13s Sheri, Ku’ikahi 16 Wahine RoShamBo and Jammers Hawaii 15 Black taking home the crowns in their respective groups.

This year’s edition of the Honolulu Grand Prix will be comprised of 64 teams with approximately 800 athletes from four different age divisions: 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U playing on nine different courts. The action will begin with pool play on the 15th and 16th and conclude with bracket play on the 17th.

Check in and registration will begin on Saturday, February 14 at 5 p.m. at the Hawaii Convention Center outside of Hall 2.
