GREENSBORO, N.C. - At the 53rd AAU Junior Olympic Games, AAU Cares held two different events. AAU Track and Field and AAU Baton gave back to their community.
AAU Track and Field chose Room At The Inn, Inc. which operates as housing and programs for single, pregnant women and single mothers with children suffering from homelessness offering them opportunities to have new lives of healthy, hope-filled independence.
AAU Track and Field set up bins at the BB&T Stadium for the community to donate baby items.
AAU Baton chose Twirling to fight Cancer. Their mission is to bring twirlers across the world together to entertain, educate, and enhance awareness by raising money to help find the cure for breast cancer.
AAU Baton designed shirts to raise money to help find a cure for cancer.
Thanks to everyone who donated for these two causes. Another example of how #AAUCares.
