Starting later this month, Coach Fox will be traveling the country conducting player development and coaches' training, helping elevate the game on a national level. Jim will be adding these new responsibilities to his already full plate of running Lightning and planning our future initiatives connected with Island Garden leagues, tournaments, clinics, and camps.

This incredible opportunity comes as no surprise to those who know Jim—his experience as a long-time Division I Assistant and Head Coach, combined with his deep roots in the AAU Lightning program, made him the clear choice for AAU President Mirza.
