Beginning August 2024, NEAAU Volleyball will use SportWrench for event registration, as well as AAU roster verification, scheduling and scoring. All teams are required to add their AAU team roster to their SportWrench account by the deadline for each event. See these helpful notes:
How to Easily Add your AAU Roster?
- Log into your SportWrench Account
- Select import option
Only those players and coaches that have a valid AAU Membership that is associated with their club's AAU Club Code will be eligible for import. Please see our page on Frequently Asked Questions to help troubleshoot any problems you might experience when submitted your roster for an event. FAQ's >
Player(s) Not Apearing When Applying your AAU Club Code?
If one or more of your players do not become available for your roster during the 'Import from AAU' option in your SportWrench account, please review the following notes:
- Do you not see some of your players available during import? This might mean the missing player has not associated their individual AAU Membership with your AAU Club Code.
- To fix this, you can manually apply your AAU Club Code to any player by using the AAU Membership Lookup feature online.
- After you apply your AAU Club Code to a player's individual membership you should now be able to import that player to your SportWrench roster.
