If your club is new to AAU Volleyball or needs a refresher, please review these simple steps to get your team ready and eligible to participate in any AAU Volleyball event.

Step #1

• The Club Director or Club Administrator acquires a Non-Athlete AAU Membership
• All Non-Athlete memberships must clear the AAU background check to be approved.

STEP #2

• The Club Director or Club Administrator registers their club with AAU by acquiring a Club Level 1 Club Code

STEP #3

• All club athletes and coaches acquire their personal AAU Membership
• Athlete Membership (Player) >
• Non-Athlete (Coach) >
• All athletes and non-athletes must apply your AAU Club Code number to their individual AAU membership. This is an important step when it's time for you to submit a NEAAU tournament roster.

The Non-Athlete background check process may be instantaneous of take several days. Therefore, we highly recommend all non-athletes acquire their AAU membership well before attending an AAU event to ensure their membership is approved and they are eligible to be added as a coach to their team roster by an event's roster deadline.
