NEAAU BASEBALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Provide your event with  a valid AAU Event license
• Provide your event with field insurance certificates
• Manage online & offline event registrations/payments/refunds
• Provide a tournament page on NEAAU website
• Market your event  on website, email newsletter & social media
• Provide your club with team entry fee payment to pay your event expenses

YOUR CLUB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Obtain an AAU Club Level 2 Membership
• Secure fields & umpires
• Staff and run the event
• Pay for fields, umpires and other event expenses
• Produce event schedule and your event rules
• Communicate with teams before and during your event
