The AAU offers opportunities for individuals to compete in an open National Championship (no qualifying required), to host your own tournaments, to receive Insurance coverage, and to receive a multi-sport membership in which you can compete in any of our 32 sports.

For $12 per athlete and $14 per coach, you can become a Member of the AAU. For $14 per athlete and $16 per non-athlete, you can become a member of the AAU and receive our Added Benefit membership. The AB membership allows members to participate in AAU and non- AAU sanctioned events under certain circumstances.
