AAU Cheerleading

AAU Cheerleading was introduced at the 1997 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Over the past 10 years the competition has matured and improved steadily, recording 420 athletes as the record attendance for the sport.  AAU Cheerleading's National Championships is held in conjunction with the AAU Junior Olympic Games each year.  For more information on the AAU Junior Olympic Games, please visit www.aaujrogames.org .
