LICENSING YOUR EVENT AND FEES
THE AAU'S GOAL IS TO EXPAND THE RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR AMERICA'S ATHLETES.
Licensing your event with AAU has many benefits.

YOUTH LICENSE |
No Fee, 5 third party certificates included additional certificates available at $10 each. |
ADULT LICENSE |
No Fee, 5 third party certificates included additional certificates available at $10 each. |
YOUTH AND ADULT LICENSE |
No Fee, 5 third party certificates included additional certificates available at $10 each. |
LEAGUE LICENSE |
No Fee, league licenses can be no longer that 120 from start date to end date. Certificates are included at the formula of 1 third party certificate per 100 registered athletes, additional certificates available at $10 each. Each and every event must be licensed separately NO COMBINING ANY EVENTS, TOURNAMENTS or MEETS. license will be valid for the dates requested All Requests must be made 15 days in advance or expedite fees will apply (see below) |
FEES: |
Fees Cap after a maximum of 7 days. The event can be more than 7 days and the license will be valid for the dates requested but the fees charged will only be for the maximum of 7 days. |
EXPEDITE SERVICE FOR LICENSES |
Event start date is 0-15 days from today: $100 expedite fee for the license, plus $135 Expedite fee on certificate request will apply |
3rd Party Insurance Certificate: |
You may now request and pay for third party insurance certificates at the same time as submitting your event license application. $35 (maximum of 200 facilities) for all applications completed 31+ days prior to the event start date. |
Expedite Service for Certificates: |
Event start date is 0-15 days from today $100 + $35 Event start date is 16-30 days from today $65 + $35 |
*EVENT PROMOTION
- Promote your event to AAU Members
- Your AAU Licensed Event will be listed (upon request) on our Event Bulletin.
- Only one request per Licensed Event permitted.
- The Event Promotion request must be received 14-30 prior to your entry deadline.
- Your Event information will appear on our Event Bulletin until the entry deadline.
- Your Event Promotion request must include your Club Code, License Number and Approved Flyer.

AAU Licenses are issued to Club Level 2 or Club Level 3 only.
