AAU Resources for Clubs and Members

04/15/2020

We recognize the uncertainty and undue hardship all AAU members are facing during these unprecedented times. The AAU is dedicated to supporting you and your club, gym, dojo, school, and team with our guidance and resources.

We are here with you.

Since 1888, the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) has provided countless amateur athletic event opportunities to millions of participants across the United States. While events are the AAU's business, its members are the soul of the AAU. For more than 130+ years, the AAU has been a part of the fabric of American life. Now, more than ever, we stand with our members as we navigate through uncharted and, often times turbulent, waters.

We recognize the uncertainty and undue hardship all AAU members are facing during these unprecedented times. The AAU is dedicated to supporting you and your club, gym, dojo, school, and team with our guidance and resources.

On Monday, April 13 and Tuesday, April 14, AAU National Treasurer JB. Mirza and AAU Director of Finance, Angela Guardia, hosted a series of conference calls -- free for AAU members -- sharing information related to financial and other governmental resources available to small businesses. They also held a conference call with AAU leadership covering the same information from different types of available loans to required employer benefits to employees impacted by COVID-19. All AAU members were provided valuable information pertaining to their club or business.

Moving forward, the AAU is committed to providing resources to support and inform you during these trying times.  As additional resource-related information becomes available, it will be added the the AAU Resource Hub page here.

Caring for you and your athletes will remain our top priority and we will continue to do our best to provide you with the support you need.
