AAU Cares: AAU Taekwondo

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. - The 2019 National AAU Youth & Adult Taekwondo Championship chose Feeding Children Everywhere for their AAU Cares event. Feeding Children Everywhere mission statement is "We are committed to providing healthy meals to those in need. We are committed to sustainability. Creating a hunger-free world will be possible if we have an awareness of our impact on the world around us. We have implemented sustainability goals to reduce our carbon footprint and to eliminate the utilization of harmful plastics. This commitment also includes helping to create self-sufficient and sustainable communities through our program areas."

Today many people got to be a part of something big. AAU Taekwondo Athletes, coaches, officials, and family helping pack ten thousand meals to the Full Cart program to feed children everywhere! AAU Cares made 10,368 meals that were donated to Feeding Children Everywhere. Thank you to everyone who volunteered with AAU Cares to provide 10,000 meals to feed the hungry! AAU CARES!
