Athletes Prepare to Stick Their Landing as Registration Opens for AAU Gymnastics Nationals

As we continue to tumble toward peak AAU national championship season, we have even more exciting news to share. Today we officially opened registration for the 2018 AAU Gymnastics National Championships in Tampa, an event we anticipate will draw more than 1,500 gymnasts to Florida’s west coast on June 28-July 1.

AAU Gymnastics will support Together We Rise, a non-profit who partners with local communities to bring resources to their foster youth and use service-learning activities to educate volunteers on issues surround the foster care system, with the return of the annual shoebox decorating contest. Attending teams are asked to get creative and collect donations throughout the year for Together We Rise.

Along with registration, we are ready to announce AAU Gymnastics will return to ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort for the 2019 iteration of the event on June 13-16.
