RE: 2008 SOUTH TEXAS ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
2008 SOUTH TEXAS SPORT COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE
EXECUTIVE COMMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE

South Texas District AAU Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, June 1st, 2008 at 1:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct of the business of the District. The agenda can be found in AAU Code Bylaw 9.5.

Prior to that meeting, the South Texas AAU Executive Committee will meet at 10:30 a. m. followed by Sports Committee meetings at 12:00.

All parents and coaches are invited to attend the Sports Committee meeting and Annual Meeting. In order to be eligible to vote at the Sport Committee and Annual meetings member clubs must have a minimum of five members registered with the club at least 15 days before the date of the meeting.

All meetings will be held at Karen Wagner High School, 3000 N. Foster Road in San Antonio.

Program from the AAU!
Part 1 assists parents with finding a place for their child to play AAU.		Part 2 gives AAU member clubs access to a list of parents in their area wishing to be contacted regarding their child's participation in AAU.
