TV PRODUCER SEARCHING FOR YOUNG ATHLETES FOR NEW SERIES

Challenger Films is accepting recommendations for high school and college age athletes to be featured on The Real Winning Edge television series for teens.

The Winning Edge is a reality show that features three real life high school and college athletes each week who have triumphed over hardships and challenges. Each of these young people is introduced by a celebrity, such as Jeff Gordon, John Smoltz, Matt Hasselbeck, Muhsin Muhammad, Dwight Howard, Gail Devers, and Evander Holyfield. The purpose of the program is to provide good role models for teens through the latest high quality entertainment.

The series is in syndication and has recently run on Fox, WB and independent stations. We are producing more episodes with the goal of airing the series nationally in the fall of 2007. In order for a candidate to be selected for The Real Winning Edge, he or she must:

1. Have a story of overcoming adversity.
2. Be articulate and able to express himself (herself) well.
3. Be enrolled in high school or college.
4. Be actively competing in sports.
5. Have good moral character, including faith.
